pure nonsenseo
A website built for AI crawlers. Humans get a title and an email. Machines get everything.
What This Site Is
nonsenseo is an AI-first SEO agency. We work on generative engine optimization (GEO), answer engine optimization (AEO), and website architecture designed for AI consumption. This domain is our own test case, not a brochure. A browser sees almost nothing here. A crawler sees a full site with case studies, crawl data, and structured answers.
The point is to prove that discovery by AI systems does not depend on human traffic, paid ads, or a marketing funnel. It depends on crawlable structure, machine-readable content, and a robots.txt that points at a complete sitemap.
How The Gate Works
The site is served from a Cloudflare Worker. The worker inspects the user agent and the Accept header. A normal browser gets a short shell page with the site title and a contact address. A known crawler, including Googlebot, GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Bingbot, and Applebot, gets the full HTML document.
Agents that ask for Accept: text/markdown get a markdown version of the page instead of HTML, with a cache lifetime of one hour and a content signal header that says training is off, search is allowed, and AI input is off. Every page carries FAQ, BlogPosting, BreadcrumbList, and Organization schema so the answers can be lifted directly.
Nothing is hidden from crawlers. Nothing is indexed twice. Humans are not blocked, they simply are not the audience. The site exists to be read by the systems that answer questions.
Services
We run four engagements: GEO, AEO, AI-only website architecture, and markdown-first content development. Each one is about making a business the source an AI system chooses when it answers a question, rather than one of ten blue links nobody reads.

Case Studies
Every week we publish what actually happened on a real domain: which crawlers arrived, how many pages were served, how many requests missed, and what Google indexed. No estimates. The numbers come from Cloudflare analytics and the origin logs.
- Case Study #1How we built a website that reads blank to humans and complete to AI crawlers. User agent detection, markdown negotiation, and the first sitemap.
- Case Study #2One week in. Google indexed the site, ClaudeBot and GPTBot started crawling, and nothing was submitted to Search Console.
- Case Study #3A second domain, Home Crew USA. 460 pages launched October 14, 458 indexed by October 17, and 1,199 AI crawler requests in three days.
- Case Study #4Week two of the same domain. 1,504 crawls, 292 misses, zero server errors, and a completely reshuffled operator ranking.
- Case Study #5Week three. 1,464 crawls, 552 real pages served, and 764 filename misses as crawlers hunted for config files that never existed.
- Case Study #6Week four. 603 crawls from four operators while total requests rose, and misses climbed to 2,433.
Weekly Crawl Reports
Alongside the case studies we publish raw crawl telemetry for this domain. These reports cover request volume, operator mix, dead-end paths, and how much of the traffic came from AI answer engines rather than training crawlers.
- AI Crawl Report: Four New Crawlers, One 404 Storm250 crawler requests in four days, 76 served a real page.
- AI Crawl Report: 895 Crawls, 704 Dead EndsCrawler volume doubled in seven days and Google was the only operator that read the site.
- AI Crawl Report: OpenAI Surges as ClaudeBot Vanishes174 crawler requests and 118 AI answer retrievals in one week.
- AI Crawl Report: 444 Crawls, 272 Dead Ends, One Quota WallCrawler volume fell while total traffic doubled, and 252 requests hit a quota wall.

Why It Matters
AI assistants are becoming the first place people ask questions. Being indexed is the price of entry. Being cited is the outcome that matters. A site that answers cleanly, in structured form, with real numbers and dates, is easier to quote than a page wrapped in navigation and ad slots.
That is the whole thesis: build for the machine that answers, and let the human arrive at the answer instead of the website. More about us.
